Perfect Getaway Spot on the Coast

I had a delightful stay, enjoying the cozy queen room with its lovely river view. The complimentary breakfast was a standout—fresh pastries and hot coffee in a spacious area. Make sure to explore local dining options nearby for a variety of delicious meals!

We found black hair all over the bathroom, and the staff did not adequately address our concerns.

A quirky stay with character

The room offered a beautiful view of the ocean. Waking up to that was a delightful surprise!

However, the thin walls made it impossible to escape the noise from neighboring rooms.

Staying here with my family and our dog was fantastic! The location right across from the beach offered us fun walks along the shore and easy access to the scenic D River. The nearby parks and boardwalks made exploring so enjoyable for everyone, including our furry friend.

My kids wished for a larger outdoor play area.

I booked through Groupon and saw great photos online, expecting a cozy stay. Upon arrival, the staff were friendly but the lobby area felt cramped and dusty. The hallway cluttered with stacked furniture didn’t give a good first impression. My room on the 4th floor had garish pink and blue doors, with cheap vinyl flooring instead of carpet, which was disappointing. The bathroom was ridiculously small—I couldn’t even close the door properly. The furniture had stains, and the balcony door wouldn’t lock. The curtains were worn out, sporting water stains and holes. The microwave looked outdated, and I worried about the cleanliness throughout. I wanted to enjoy the continental breakfast, but the overall state of the place left me too uncomfortable. I had to cut my two-night stay short because of how let down I felt. After I got home, I noticed an unexpected charge on my statement, although I had already paid through Groupon. A staff member mentioned this sometimes happens, which added to my frustration. I expected much more for the price I paid.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the quick check-in and the super clean elevator that fit all our luggage. The hot tub was a nice way to relax after a long day, and the ocean views were stunning! 🌊

Water pressure in the shower was terrible, and the room had issues with water temperature. The surrounding area felt unsafe for evening walks, making the location less than ideal.

the inn at lincoln city by oyo has a super clean lobby and super nice rooms. the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great—just across the street from beach access. room service is fast, and the eastern rooms have a fantastic ocean view.
